Bonded leather is made by shredding leather scraps and leather fiber, then mixing it with bonding materials. This gives it five distinct advantages to traditional leather products:

1. It's environmentally friendly because it reuses leftover leather without extra farming.

2. It has better product consistency because there are no natural defects and minimal batch to batch variation.

3. It's cost efficient and reduces landfill waste.

4. It has the same look, feel, and smell of leather. Since it uses leftover leather, it retains the same qualities.

5. Because of the bonding process, bonded leather is just as durable as genuine leather.

What are the benefits of bonded leather?

CLIC-FIT provides a lifetime warranty to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship of the product. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

To be eligible for the lifetime warranty the owner must provide proof of purchase and a picture of the product showing the defect to care@clicfitbelts.com. CLIC-FIT will only replace the defective product, for example if the buckle is defective and the strap is not, only the buckle will be replaced. CLIC-FIT may request a warranty evaluation. If a warranty evaluation is requested your product must be returned directly to CLIC-FIT. All shipping to CLIC-FIT must be pre-paid and insured. CLIC-FIT will not be liable for lost in-bound packages.

The CLIC-FIT belt system comes in one size. Upon arrival, you will cut the straps to the correct size with a pair of scissors. We highly recommend test fitting the belts before cutting and cut 3-4 inches (7 - 10 cm) longer than anticipated. We've found people have a tendency to underestimate the length of belt they need. The best method is to test-fit the straps with belt buckle attached, cut slightly shorter if desired. Repeat.

How do I size the belt for my individual waist size?

Yes! CLIC-FIT belts utilize an amazing ratcheting mechanism to allow for 0.25in (6mm) adjustment increments. After we received the first prototypes we were absolutely AMAZED at how much more comfortable we were.

Waist size fluctuates slightly throughout the day, as we eat food, drink water, exercise etc... For example. After a large meal, you may have noticed feeling like your belt is too tight. You adjust to accommodate only to find that your pants now feel like they're too loose. 1 inch (2.5cm) adjustment increments are simply not enough to accommodate for the minor waist fluctuations throughout your day.

Having the ability to adjust for that fluctuation makes for a supremely comfortable belt. We're confident once you try it out, you'll wonder why you ever put up with the relatively archaic 1 inch (2.5cm) increment adjustment system that is commonly found on the majority of traditional belts out there.

Is it really that much more comfortable?
